If you’d like to pay my standard fee, please pay within the amounts below and know you can feel completely comfortable and resolved about that. I have offered a sliding scale to make it possible for people to come regularly, which often offers the most benefit.
If you feel drawn to exploring a gift based way of being in the world with me*, please speak with me to pay more or less than these fees in order to feel most aligned with what you are able to receive and to give. You can also reach out to me with other gift or trade based possibilities. If you are able to pay at the higher end of my sliding scale or above, you help make it possible for me to give sessions to those who are dedicated but cannot monetarily afford the support they need, and I deeply appreciate it.
Alexander Technique/Art of Breathing Lesson: $75-95 (approximately 45 minutes)

If you have any questions about my payment structure, please do not hesitate to ask.
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, to enable my scheduling to better flow and to see as many clients as I can within each week. I would appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Please honor the financial commitment for cancellations under 24 hours
I do not accept insurance because I wish to make my sessions available to all who are committed to come regularly, through sliding scale and gift based options.
Acupuncture is covered under some insurance plans in NC. If you think you may be covered, please contact your insurance company directly. I do not take insurance, but can provide you with a super-bill if you would like to submit to your health insurance for reimbursement.
Alexander Technique is not currently covered by health insurance in the United States. Some doctors recommend the Technique to patients, and with their prescription, patients are reimbursed for lessons with flex-spending accounts.
